Krish is an unschooling Dad to four sons, now aged 21, 20, 17 and 11, home educating them alongside his wife, Alice, since 2010. He is also an experienced maths educator. He trained at the University of Birmingham, and taught in numerous secondary schools across the West Midlands for over 20 years. He is passionate about supporting parents in exploring alternative educational pathways, encouraging unschooling parents to explore mathematical concepts with their children through play, and recognise the beauty of mathematics in our daily lives. Krish is very happy to talk to parents needing encouragement, reassurance and ideas for exploring maths in home education, and to Dads unsure about home education as a valid alternative pathway.
